a typical client hosting engagement, Ignition will maintain all
required hardware and software to host the client’s store, including
telecommunications hardware and software. Ignition will ensure that the
speed, functionality and accessibility of the online store is
consistent with industry “commercially reasonable” standards for high
quality, reputable web hosting companies. Ignition will use and deploy
comprehensive security procedures and technology, consistent with
industry “commercially reasonable” standards for high quality,
reputable web hosting companies, in connection with the online store to
protect proprietary system design, content, and functionality from
unauthorized use or access by third parties. Ignition will establish
and maintain full disaster recovery plans and systems for hardware and
software.
