Given
the disparate post go-live needs of Ignition’s
client base, Ignition Commerce offers flexible
site management plans that allows the client to
choose the specific Ignition expertise that they
require. Retailers can utilize these services
indefinitely or until able to properly hire and
train the appropriate resources internally. Prior
to the creation of a new SOW relative to ongoing
Site Management Services, Ignition will meet with
individual clients to determine the projected
needs by function and hours. Resources will be
allocated upon client commitment to a monthly
block of hours for the term of one year. Benefits
of an upfront commitment include reduced hourly
rates, 24-hour SLA’s, and the ability to
perform almost all work without the need of an
SOW. An Account Management Team will service every
client that utilizes Site Management Services.
