Ignition Commerce services the eCommerce
platform needs of many vertical/category leaders, each of whom maintain
client-specific methods of representing their product or brand. In
addition to the robust functionality available as standard to the
platform, Empower’s flexible architecture allows clients to add
customized, functional enhancements that are specific to their online
store. Unlike the vast majority of On Demand or SAAS models available
today, Ignition Commerce not only permits customizations but encourages
them. As a result, Ignition Commerce maintains a staff of experienced
programming resources that are available to our clients for their
customized development needs. All new development is coordinated
through Ignition Account Management, whose responsibilities include
gathering of requirements, developing the Statement of Work, and
scheduling the project.
Given that our
clients can utilize their own internal or other third party development
resources, Ignition Commerce must win a client’s business with each new
project. We view responsiveness to client’s requests as critical and,
as a result, offer 24 hour SLA’s from the time of client inquiry to the
initial response from Ignition.
